1864 Bolivia. Silver. Potosi Mint. Melgarejo Era. 21mm. Holed. 3.3 grams. Presentation Medal? Legend reads in part: M.Y. Belzu (?) Presidente Constitution. I did an extensive eBay, Google etc. search and was unable to find a comparable piece. I have no doubt of its authenticity but not sure of its exact identification. Possibly unique?
