must be performed before this map update can be purchased and installed. You will not be able to activate your map update, if this software is not installed.
Please read below for further instructions to update your software.

Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) and the web site will determine if your vehicle needs a software update.

with Connect Map Data from us
, you will have to copy the content onto 8gb USB (formatted as fat32). After inserting USB into port you will see below info:

Choose “UPDATE NOW” option and system will show you below screen.

Take a picture of this screen and send it to us.

After receiving the code back from us, press “ok” and you will see space to input the code.

Input the code received from us, confirm and update will start.

System will guide you through the update (follow instructions on the screen).
