    DVD Instructions:

    You need 3-DVD disks to burn files with
    DVD Format must be as ISO9660.  Do NOT use UDF format
    Burn as the slowest speed (1x) as possible to avoid burning errors
    Note that the “DatabaseInfo”, “Info_Map.imp”, “mapcomp.con”,
    and
    “MapDatabase.adv” files are same on all 3 DVD’s and only the
    “mapcomp.000” through “mapcomp.018” files are unique to each DVD.
    1.
    Use WinRAR to extract CIC Road_Map_Japan_PREMIUM_2020.zip file, it will
    auto-extract all of the parts of the archive automatically.
    2. You will be left with folder called NAVD_000004DD_255_002_106 open it you’ll have DVD-1,2,3, total 11.0GB
    3. Open ImgBurn, and using “Write files/folders to disc” function -> Select Device Tab,
    and set “Write Speed” to 1x: -> Select Options Tab, and set “File System” to ISO9660 (Do NOT use ISO9660+UDF):
    3. Burn the DVD-1 (11 files – 4.11GB) to a DVD disc (those 11 items should be the only thing on the disc)
    (DatabaseInfo, Info_Map.imp, mapcomp.con, MapDatabase.adv, mapcomp.000-mapcomp.006)
    4. Burn the contents of DVD-2 (11 files – 4.11GB) to a DVD disc (those 11 items should be the only thing on the disc)
    (DatabaseInfo, Info_Map.imp, mapcomp.con, MapDatabase.adv, mapcomp.007-mapcomp.013)
    5. Burn the contents of DVD-3 (9 files – 2.85GB) to a DVD disc (those 9 items should be the only thing on the disc)
    (DatabaseInfo, Info_Map.imp, mapcomp.con, MapDatabase.adv, mapcomp.014-mapcomp.018)
    6. Insert DVD1 to the CIC Head Unit DVD then should prompt for update.
    7. Follow the onscreen prompts, it will prompt for the FSC code (see below for information on getting an FSC code)
    8. The update will begin to load
    9. When it prompts for the second DVD2, eject the DVD and insert the DVD2
    10. When it prompts for the third DVD3, eject the DVD and insert the DVD3
    11. Wait for it to finish loading the data and you’re done!

    6. DVD1をCICヘッドユニットDVDに挿入すると、更新のプロンプトが表示されます。

    8.アップデートのロードが開始されます
    9. 2番目のDVD2の挿入を求められたら、DVDを取り出してDVD2を挿入します
    10. 3番目のDVD3の挿入を求められたら、DVDを取り出してDVD3を挿入します
    11.データの読み込みが完了するのを待ち、完了です！

    4. Insert the USB stick into the USB port in the Glovebox – Passenger side (the center console will NOT work)

    6. The update will begin to load from 0%-100%
