This circular cloisonné pin is from the Epcot 30th Anniversary Mystery
Set . It has a background that is blue with sparkles. It has Figment in a
yellow scuba swimming through the blue of the ocean.

Below Figment is the stylized 30 number with the 3 in black original
Epcot Center font and 0 being the original logo in blue for the Living
Seas pavilion (a series of two ocean waves cresting).
